The system will automatically convert the final amount using Kickstarter’s regional exchange rates.  The $2 deposit on our website can also be paid in your local currency, with the final amount converted automatically at checkout.

The listed prices do not include shipping or taxes. Details will be provided at the start of the Kickstarter campaign. However, we are subsidizing part of the shipping fees to help keep costs reasonable, so there’s no need to worry about high shipping charges.

Once the X1 Pro launches on Kickstarter, we will email the exclusive Secret Reward link to the address you used to pay the $2 deposit. Please make sure to use the same email address when placing your order on Kickstarter. When you complete your pledge, your $2 deposit will be applied toward the Secret Reward bundle.

• Yes. Our Secret Reward tiers are structured as follows: 1 unit at $139.99, and 2-unit and 4-unit bundles at $129.99 per unit (each with a 64GB card). One $2 deposit unlocks one pledge (one reward tier). If you want more units at the $129.99 rate, please place additional deposits to secure additional 2-unit or 4-unit Secret Reward bundles.  Please note: On Kickstarter, each account can select one reward tier per pledge. If you plan to back multiple tiers (e.g., one 2-unit and one 4-unit bundle), you’ll need to use separate Kickstarter accounts and place separate deposits using the same emails as those accounts.  Example: To get 6 units at $129.99 each, place two deposits and back one 2-unit and one 4-unit Secret Reward tier using two Kickstarter accounts.

No. Deposits are non-transferable. They are tied to the email address used for purchase and must match the Kickstarter account used to back the X1 Pro.

Yes, anyone can place a deposit regardless of location. We'll confirm the final list of supported shipping countries and regions before the Kickstarter campaign launches. If we are unable to ship to your area after you've placed a deposit, we'll provide a complete refund.
