For policy reasons, we do not ship to PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or DHL Packstation and military addresses.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been shipped. There are two ways to submit a cancellation request:
Via Your Account Page
Log in to your customer account and navigate to your order history. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can submit a cancellation request directly from there. Once submitted, our customer service team will verify the actual shipment status of your order and process your request accordingly.
Via Email
You may also contact us at security.global@baseus.com to request a cancellation. Please include your order number in your message.
Both methods are available. Our team will do its best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Return Policy below.

Request for a Return Mailing Label in the email.

You will receive an email with the Return Mailing table afterward. Please fill out the form and ship back the product(s) with it to our fulfillment centers.
- Return Mailing Label: A label that contains the address of the fulfillment center that will be receiving and processing the return. You need to affix the label on the return package. You may choose your preferred logistics operators.
Note*: Postage is not provided on the return mailing letter.
- Return Authorization Slip: A form that contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items.
- Note: If the shipping item(s) is over $39, or for speeding up the refund process, consider using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance and send over the tracking number to our customer support team. Otherwise, Baseus cannot guarantee the item(s) could be successfully returned.
Expected Processing Timelines

If you return the products and request the reimbursement within the fourteen (14)-day period, we will assess whetherthe products are in the conditions that we delivered them to you. If we find that your handling of the product has diminished its value, due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, we may detract the corresponding amount to the final reimbursement.

If you request a price reduction as a consequence of a lack of conformity, we will assess the decrease in value by determining the difference between the value that the products would have had at the time of delivery had it been in accordance with the contract and the value that the products actually delivered had at the time ofthe conclusion of the contract .

If you request reimbursement as a consequence of a lack of conformity, we will assess whether the lack of conformity is minor, in which case we will provide another more suitable remedy of those explained above.
