1. Activity Period

• The X1 Pro Christmas e-Card campaign runs from November 25, 2025 (EST) to December 25, 2025 (EST).

2. Eligibility

• Open to anyone who visits the e-Card page and provides a valid email address. By participating, you confirm you have the legal right to send the e-Card.

3. e-Card Delivery

• Recipients will receive the e-Card via the email address provided by the sender.
• Delivery may be affected by email provider delays. Baseus is not responsible for spam filtering or incorrect email addresses.
• Scheduled sending (if selected) will occur at the time set by the sender.

4. Content Guidelines

• Users may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Baseus reserves the right to remove or block any e-Card that violates these guidelines.

5. Privacy

• Email addresses and personal information provided are used solely for e-Card delivery and related communications.
• Information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Liability

• Baseus is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet interruptions, server issues, or email delivery failures.
• This activity is provided “as-is” and without warranty.
